About
Learning together, for good
Eden Health's measurement tells you who you are biologically. Eden Circles keeps you changing after you leave, and in time turns you into someone who helps the next member change.
The method
Contributive Learning
Contributive Learning comes from The Learner First. It holds that contribution, making something or someone better, is the purpose of learning and the action most tied to well-being. Contribution grows when four areas of learning develop together.
We describe progress in each area in five stages: Getting Started, Making Progress, Looking Promising, Well on Track and Geared for Success. Your progress is yours alone, measured against your past self and never against anyone else.
Eden Circles is built on Contributive Learning, developed by The Learner First.
How every minute is designed
Every session is built so that you are truly noticed, never shamed, and always learning. One new idea each time, wrapped in revision of what came before. Practice that checks itself, so you find and fix your own mistakes in private. Small challenges you choose for yourself. Nothing you learn is ever dropped.
Our teaching approach is shaped by Sandy Wotton, educator.
Our privacy promise
- Your health results never appear in Eden Circles. Your Journey links to your Eden report instead.
- Your circle sees only what you choose to share.
- Audio is processed live to guide the session and write a short summary. It is never recorded. Video is never recorded.
- Transcripts are deleted after 30 days.
- You can download everything we hold about you, or delete your account, at any time from Settings.
- We never sell data. Research use is separate, optional, de-identified, and never includes your words.
Keeping circles safe
Eden Circles is a peer learning program. It is not medical or psychological treatment, and the facilitator will never interpret anyone's health. Questions about your own results go to your program manager. If someone shares something that worries us, the facilitator pauses kindly, offers private support resources, and a member of Eden staff follows up.
Every contribution activity involving children or vulnerable people is organised and supervised by Eden staff with an approved partner.
A social enterprise
Eden Health's profits support anti-trafficking work in Thailand, with our partner A21.
